At TOEBOX.sg, we are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience. Please refer to our return/exchange policy below:
1. No Returns or Refunds
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- All products are thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You may exchange for a different size, color, or model, subject to stock availability.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping fees for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
3. Exchange Locations
Exchanges can be made at the following locations with your receipt:
- TOEBOX, Wisma Atria #01-29/30 (Mon-Sun, 10:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m.)
- TOEBOX Office, 10 Ubi Crescent #06-98 (Mon-Fri, 10 a.m.–12 p.m., 2–5 p.m.)
Note: To avoid inconvenience, please call ahead to confirm the availability of your desired size, style, or color.
4. Final Sale Items
- Sale items are non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
